Lokal Bayong Canada proudly participated in The National Women's Show 2024 held at the BMO Centre, Stampede Park on April 13 and 14. The event was a vibrant celebration of women, by women, and for women! The show offers food and wine tasting, fashion displays, celebrity appearances, free makeovers, health and beauty tips, cooking demonstrations, home improvement advice, travel suggestions, and plenty more.
We felt very excited and a little bit anxious as a newcomer to large-scale events like this, however, our nerves quickly dissipated as we were warmly welcomed by a community of beautiful, supportive, and inspiring women.
The National Women's Show is a great platform to showcase our products and to create meaningful connections with the attendees. It was a gratifying experience to meet remarkable individuals, including fellow Filipinas like Gladzy Kei Art (@gladzykei) and members of Filipino-Canadian Women Multi-Purpose Cooperative (FCWC) who showed their unwavering support for Lokal Bayong - Canada and the event.
